We all work voluntarily in the planning and field work/scaling up whenever our schedules permits. We shall however give priority to our workers when paid temporary vacancies exist. We dont have any permanent paid vacancies yet. We have local volunteers who have left school (Secondary and University) who apply to work in the office or field in order to get experience in their area of interest. They have been very useful in collecting and disseminating information to our partners in the field.

Even though most of our staff/volunteers have good academic backgrounds in the area of: natural resource management, environmental management, biological science, education, financial management and gender, we always organize internal capacity building workshops and recommend or sponsor our staff to external workshops/courses in their area of work

It is worth-noting that we also benefit from the professional experience of our resources persons and advisers with long working experience in conservation projects, natural resource management, educationists, community development programs in the South West Province
